Day-to-day life as a tech expert

A typical day of a Tech Expert involves being on the phone or online for most of the time. Calls can vary enormously, depending on the complexity of the issue and the customer's level of knowledge, so no two days are truly the same. When you're not helping customers, you'll most likely be researching the latest tech developments or trouble-shooting techniques through online resources and testing them on real devices in our lab. To enhance your skills further we have regular coaching and development sessions, as well as tailored training to address your needs.

Team structures

We have over 50 tech experts providing support services in our Chiswick office. We support our clients in 5 different languages and welcome diversity in our team.

Working patterns

We operate 7 days a week, where our tech experts work a variety of shift patterns. This includes some weekend working and some evening shifts but we make sure it's fair to everyone, and there's a culture of shift-swapping so everyone helps each other out. Plus, it's nice having time off in the week sometimes. General shifts hours follow the below pattern:

Monday to Friday 7:00am - 9:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm
